Troubleshooting Tips

If presets are not showing up, restart Lightroom and check again.

Make sure you are importing the correct file format for your version of Lightroom.

If imported presets are not visible in Lightroom Classic, check if you have the Store Presets with this Catalog option enabled in Preferences > Presets.

If profiles are grayed out, ensure that you are working with a RAW file, as some profiles are not compatible with JPEG images.

If Lightroom crashes during import, try importing a few presets or profiles at a time instead of all at once.

If a profile or preset is missing, check the Manage Profiles or Manage Presets option in the Profile or Preset Browser to ensure it is enabled.
